Warwick has always worked directly for Founders of companies and was always been inspired by their entrepreneurial spirit. His recruitment and headhunting career spans sixteen years. After completing a Masters of Business exchange in Boston in 2009, he entered entrepreneurship to start-up a boutique executive search firm. Three years later, he successfully sold his equity to commence Search360, an executive search & talent advisory firm for VC and investee growth companies, social enterprise, and Not for Profit. He is the Co-Chair of United Nations Young Professionals for Victoria, a Non-Executive Director of online www.shoeiam.com.au and he is Co-Founder of Entrepreneurs&Co.

Phil spent over 20 years as an “intrepreneur” working within large corporate organisations with clients in over 25 countries. He thoroughly enjoyed a traditional corporate life with senior leadership roles in companies that included Racal, Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks and Elmwood Brand Design Agency. Phil recently launched a new company called Marketing Entourage, a “cloud based” smart marketing business that has built a network of the very best Australian based marketing freelancers. Phil is passionate about the importance of developing an entrepreneurs’ community and he believes it is never too late to start your own business which is why he Co-founded Entrepreneurs&Co.
